Relaxing is a popular and co0nvienient way of managing afro hair. They work by softening the hair to a point where it can be restructured into a straighter style. A relaxer is a diluted version of a depilatory - yes hair remover, so many people will want it done professionally to ensure minimum hair breakage.
Braiding - is now used to create stunning and complex hairstyles. As styles have become more intricate over time so has the process of braiding, you can use your own hair or add extensions of real or synthetic hair. On this course we will teach you the pick and drop braiding technique which is by far the most popular.
Weaving - In a braided weave, your natural hair is braided along your scalp in tiny horizontal cornrows. The extension hair is sewn onto the braids with heavy weaving thread and your own hair is combed over the extensions so that they blend in. A braided weave usually lasts about two months and if cared for properly can actually stimulate hair growth assuming it is not too heavy and pulls your natural hair.
This course will start at 10.30 until 4.30
