1 Week Hair Colour Course - National Beauty Institute

This is an Intensive 5 day course that will teach you how to create those traffic stopping colours for your clients. This course covers everything you need to take you to hairdressing success. Out tutors are award winning stylists who have many years experience working in the industry and teaching. Our training school uses cutting edge techniques and is based in Central Leicester. At the National Beauty Institute, we feel strongly that the only place to learn the practical skills needed to be a great stylist is in the commercial salon.

This course will teach you all you need to know to be a colourist and to create highlights, lowlights and tints. You will learn the secrets of the trade and you will have live models during this course. The course combines demonstration and hands on workshop sessions, using mannequins and live models and has been designed to teach understanding of complementary hues and reflect skin tones.

This course is also an ideal way to learn how to cut if you are looking for a career change. This course is the only course of it’s kind available in the UK. Almost all other hair cutting courses require students to have a basic level of hairdressing training through NVQ or similar qualifications before they allow you entry to a colour course. We have students who have attended this course from all around the United Kingdom and who have been amazed that they can learn to tint, highlight and colour in just a week.
