Certificate in Coaching
The Unversity of Cambridge has developed a practical and applied qualification for individuals in all aspects of Coaching. Coaching has seen a dramatic growth in recent years, originating in sport, coaching has migrated into business life and an increasing number of organisations around the world are using coaches as an integral approach to leading and developing staff.

The Certificate in Coaching is offered at FHEQ Level 4 and is delivered via a combination of face to face and online learning.
The Certificate in Coaching has been designed for professionals across a range of sectors and disciplines, and individuals who work in a variety of occupations. Coaching skills will be extremely beneficial for the following people:
* Managers and leaders in any setting
* Human resource practitioners
* Teachers
* Clergy
* Counsellors
* Social workers
* Consultants
* Many others who have an interest in coaching in the workplace
The Certificate is comprised of six courses worth 20 credits each. Course One (Introduction to Coaching) is compulsory and must be successfully completed prior to undertaking subsequent modules. Students studying for the Certificate must then take a further five courses from a choice of six in order to accumulate the necessary 120 credits. These further courses can be taken in any order but must be completed within 24 months.
