5 day wall and floor tiling course

During the 5 days on this course you will be taught the following-

1. How to set out your tiling work. This is one of the most important parts of the job. It does not matter how good your tiling is if you don't know how to set out the job properly. It could turn into a disaster.

2. Your toolkit will be fully explained to you, including using a wet cutter and dry cutter.

3. You will be tiling walls and floors, using tiling beads, tiling around obstacles like sinks, baths, basins, toilet cisterns, pans, showers etc, to achieve a professional finish.

4. You will achieve an understanding of different types of adhesives, grouting and applications, using silicon and sealants.

5. During the course you will be given advice on pricing a job and various tips of the trade. At the end of the course you will be given hand-outs and notes about the techniques of tiling and the materials used, and you will receive a Builder Training Centres certificate.
