Most of us frequently find ourselves being ‘swept away’ by the current of thoughts and feelings, worries, pressures, responsibilities and just wanting things to be different from how they are right now.

Mindfulness can help us to work directly with the struggle we sometimes have in relating to life’s experience and in doing so can dramatically improve the quality of our life.

This is a one day workshop with highly experienced tutor Phillip Millichip.

The benefits of Mindfulness are many, and varied, practicing Mindfulness can help to restore a sense of peace and well being, as well as help us feel calm and centred, and thereby increase confident, and a feelings of optimism.

Practicing Mindfulness leads to better decision making, and through regular practice, it can greatly improves natural intuition.

About the Tutor

Phil Millichip teaches Mindfulness, in the Health Service, and also to nursing students in Cardiff University. He runs a mindfulness group, at the Pathways therapy centre in Usk, as well as one to one consultations. Phil has over 5 yrs experience of teaching mindfulness, and has been personally practising and applying it for over 10 years.
