* Dealing with unconsciousness
* Treating someone who has stopped breathing and whose heart has stopped
* CPR
* Dealing with wounds & bleeding
* Looking after a casualty who is shocked
* Choking
* Head Injury
* Recognising medical conditions such as Diabetes, Anaphylaxis, Epilepsy & Asthma
* Strain and Sprains
Assessment
Their tutor throughout the course will continually assess delegates. Upon successful completion of these assessments the delegate will be awarded a Certificate for First Aid Awareness.
