DGP International have designed a training course that enables delegates to become effective and respected leaders.
The course will bring awareness of the qualities of good leadership to lead, organise and motivate in order to bring success to the team.
The delegate will learn to be a leader, as well as a manager. Developing the delegates' self-knowledge will bring them more confidence and creativity to project a vision and inspire their team.
