Further Details
The era of the all-powerful manager has passed. We now work in a more co-operative, empowered environment in which the manager or team leader must draw on the expertise of work groups and project teams. As a result, the manager must act as a facilitator for much of the time.
In this workshop, Tony Mann shows you an exceptional facilitation model - the Process Iceberg© - and explains how facilitation is used by many different organisations to develop their business. He also demonstrates a range of creative thinking techniques, which will give you a toolkit to tackle difficult situations.
As well as building your personal facilitation skills, the workshop will help you see how facilitation skills could be developed and applied throughout your organisation.
Throughout the workshop, participants will use practical exercises and demonstrations to understand the Process Iceberg model and the tools and techniques of facilitation.
