How it works...

Annual Health and Safety Report

Initial Inspection
We will visit your premises once a year to review your health and safety systems and policies to ensure that you are complying with all the current legislation. During the visit we will talk to members of your team and carry out a hazard spotting exercise.

Report and Recommendations
Following the visit we will produce a written report which will detail any action points and recommendation. This report can be sent to you by post or email.

Review Meeting
Once our report has been sent to you we will contact you to arrange a final review meeting, where we will talk through the report with you and help you put any recommendations into practice.

Electronic Newsletters

Twice a year we will email our special Support Service Newsletter. This newsletter will be scheduled to coincide with the Health and Safety Executive legal updates which take place in April and October each year.

Automatic Reminders to Renew Certificates

We realise how difficult it can be to keep up-to-date with all your team’s training qualifications. We will therefore notify you when their certificates are due to expire and suggest a course that they can attend to update their qualification.
