The overall objectives of the programme is designed to equip
and highlight some basic ‘Management’ skills for the working Supervisor. This will assist them in controlling the safety
aspects within their working environment. The course has
been designed to be informative, and interactive; it has not
been designed to make the delegates become instant ‘safety Representatives or Managers’, merely to appreciate that they
do have an impact on the safety philosophy within their
working environment.
