Delegates will learn how to earn the right to ask for the business, and why they have to earn it as opposed to assume they can just ask for it. The course will demonstrate that the Sales Process needs to be adhered to at all times, and that by shortcutting it will only lead to failure. Through thorough qualification and process delegates will be able to justify the reason why they won or lost the sale, and did they listen enough to customer requirements as opposed to hearing and pre judging. Delegates will then be able to demonstrate why the customer should buy from them and be able to give a clear and precise delivery, gaining agreement and trust, and how not to over promise and under deliver, but instead exceed customer expectations winning new and referral business.
