In order to communicate effectively,the sales executive must know his/her customer.
This course enables Personality type assessment, what to look for in the customer in terms of body language and spoken words and how to react/adapt accordingly as well as knowing how and when to ask a question, as well as determining internal and external forces in the buying process.
Knowing how to use the right language, both verbally and non spoken, how to master the art of listening but yet keeping control are essential skills taught in this course.
