Social Housing Management Training

We are and remain the best for professional training courses leading to jobs in Social Housing. We run Evenings and Weekend Courses and all candidates are required to complete 30 hours training sessions. We do charge a training fee of £625 (VAT incl.) Payments accepted either Cash or by Cheque. You can pay the whole fee before starting the course or minimum payment required to start the course is £325 and remainder of payment to be paid in installments but all the training fee has to be completed before the last session of your training. At the end of your training you will be awarded an Advanced Practice Certificate in Social Housing Management, which is equivalent to an NVQ Level 3.



Upon completion of the training, we will further assist you with a job, either through work placement or employment direct. You may work through us with further registration with our Recruitment Agency and for this we will need 1 proof of ID, 2 proof of addresses and 2 checkable recent References and National Insurance Number Card any relevant Qualifications and a CRB Disclosure if available.



All our candidates that we select to do our Housing Management Training are selected on the basis that they have a good knowledge of IT Microsoft Office Word and Excel, also they must have a minimum level of education of GCSE’s Level O, and must have some experience in Customer services in dealing with the public, also they must have a good standard of English Language in communications and Writing letters and reports.
