The Level 1 Awards in Food Safety have been developed to ensure that employees from all food sectors are equipped with a basic knowledge of food safety to enable them to produce safe food.
All our courses can be carried out at your site so staff do not have to be away from the workplace for a long time.
Entry for the qualifications needs no former knowledge of food safety and they are therefore ideal for use as part of a company induction programme. The Awards could also be used as refresher training to maintain and improve food safety standards within an organisation.
