COURSE BACKGROUND
The aim of this BRAND NEW 1 DAY COURSE is to provide the opportunity for knowledge transfer as well as the sharing of experience. The course covers a number of issues that have been raised by previous participants on PM courses and provides tools and tips in how to deal with some of the less tangible issues a PM has to manage. The course is aimed at both new and experienced PM’s who wish to improve their practice and progress beyond the standard PM skill set.
