In this “back to basics” workshop, Bridget Kelly shows you, step by step, how to define, map and analyse business processes. She introduces you to an approach that will help you engage people and keep them focused on activities which will lead to improvements in efficiency and create most value for your customers.

The workshop uses extensive practical exercises to show how process mapping works and to reinforce each of the techniques taught.
