· Understand and employ competency based interviewing techniques
· Brief and prepare interviewees and construct an interview plan
· Be aware of personal communication styles such as body language and its effect on others
· Be able to set objectives and control an interview
· Deal more effectively with difficult or uncertain people
· Create the right atmosphere and use effective questioning and listening skills
The programme is participative and involves trainer input, individual work and discussion in small groups with the use of real examples as learning tools.
