The course is made up of 3 x 1 day modules, at the end of which, the candidates will have a good insight and knowledge of the requirements of the role of a Supervisor. The modules will also show them how to use basic skills to communicate, manage, motivate and train thier workforce.
The 3 modules covers the following areas:
Policies and Procedures - health & safety, greivance, disciplinary, etc.
Customer Communication - internal/external care, etc.
Effective Use of People - leadership, motivation, etc.
The modules can be designed around the customer needs and requirements.
