Leadership Development 3 Day Workshop Programme -
A three day leadership development workshop programme designed to develop the leadership and communication skills and styles of anyone with a responsibility for supervising, managing or leading a team.
Ideally delivered in three separate sessions with some time allocated between each session for reflection and activity, if operationally necessary, the programme can be delivered in back-to-back modules without too much impact on the overall effectiveness of the full programme.
This is a three day workshop programme that is not suited to accessing individual modules only.
