This qualification introduces employees to the hazards and risks involved in manual handling activities and outlines what to expect from a manual handling assessment. It will enable employees to develop safer manual handling techniques for use in the workplace.
The qualification will benefit anyone who has to carry out manual handling activities and allow employees to look carefully at their own work activities and contribute to the development of safer working practices in co-operation with supervisors and managers.

Delegates who successfully complete the 30 multiple
choice question examination paper will be awarded
the level 2 certificate.
