Course Description
It is not always easy to manage interactions with others in
a way that ensures both parties feel respected, trusted and
positive throughout.
This workshop will give you the opportunity to examine the ways in which your own behaviour and beliefs influence the way you deal with people. It will also equip you with practical techniques to help you become more assertive.
