Further Details
At this workshop you will learn a simple technique for working out which of the many tasks on your “to do” list are really important and those that aren’t. “Old Spanish [or British] customs” will be investigated and challenged.
Delegates also learn to use a time management matrix and to complete personal time management – with practical exercises to reinforce everything that has been learnt. They will leave the course with a clear idea of the best use of their time both at home and in business with the ability to prioritise in an effective manner and, perhaps most important, with a sense of relief that there is more time available to them than they had previously thought – giving them the confidence to be more effective and professional at work.
