Our instructors are friendly, approachable and really want to get the best out of their students. Having come through the university society themselves, they are in the unique position to deliver the best experience possible. They aim to provide a fun yet focused class which will have you leaving the room challenged, happy, and feeling the need to come back for more!
Social events happen throughout the year, these range from a casual (or crazy) drink, to day events such as Paintballing or Ice Skating.

the course runs for 12 weeks. we run from 3 locations Yclub fitness first and MMU Students union. we run the course all year round.
you will recive a pack of information, which will include the topics we cover, the pack also contains a legal statement of the legal side. on completion of the full 12 weeks you will receive a certificate of completion. There will also be offer of discounted memberships at the gyms if you wanted that.
