Interest in the art of the Shaman is growing rapidly, partly as a reaction to the total lack of spirituality in our Western materialist culture. The word itself originates from the Siberian Tungus people, and refers to a person who is an expert on every aspect of the human soul. Such an individual is frequently the focus of religion and magic within his or her community, and enters into a trance in order to journey to heaven to pit themselves against the gods for the benefit of their people.
The course outlines Shamanic practice across a wide range of cultures. But whilst it cannot teach you to become a Shaman - this would involve a complete cultural shift - it does include exercises which can attune those seeking knowledge to the energies involved.
