Shamanism

Interest in the art of the Shaman is growing rapidly, partly as a reaction to the lack of spirituality in our Western culture. The word itself refers to a person who is an expert on every aspect of the human soul. Such an individual is frequently the focus of religion and magic within his or her community, and enters into a trance in order to journey to heaven to pit himself against the gods for the benefit of his people. The course outlines Shamanic practice across a wide range of cultures. Whilst it cannot teach you to become a Shaman, it does include exercises which can attune you to the energies involved.
