This intensive 3 day course is designed for those who wish to develop their skills as coach supervisors. Delegates must have passed a certificate in coaching and have 250 hours of coaching experience. This course provides you with the opportunity to reflect on your own skills and develop a structured approach to your supervisory work that is grounded in theory and professional practice.

The programme consists of programme attendance, distance learning modules and case study presentation. Delegates may also complete post course work of an audio taped supervision session, a critiqued transcript and essay for further accreditation and further credits towards an MA with Kingston University.
