Clients will only infrequently inform staff if they are being bullied. Staff need to be in a position where they can recognise bullying behaviour rather than relying on self report. This is a half day awareness course designed to support participants in identifying and managing bullying within secure environments. It is important to manage bullying otherwise it can undermine and threaten the protection offered to clients.

To develop insight into the impact of bullying
To consider how bullying behaviour might be presented
