Inadequate diet, detergents, harsh soaps and lotions, even incorrect manicure can all affect the condition of the nails and artificial nails present a solution which is attractive and easily maintained. This diploma course aims to teach you how to work with Acrylic, Gel and Fibreglass nails, as well as impart information about disorders and diseases and sanitation measures. It offers full training for a new career in a rapidly-expanding popular market. Two days practical training are required for professional indemnity insurance. Students will be required to purchase a model hand for practice purposes. Details of both are available on request.

Students obtaining 70% or more marks in the final examination will be awarded the BSYA (Nail Tech) Diploma and are entitled to use the letters BSYA (Nail Tech) after their name.
