Managers, Leaders and sales people in today’s business world need to call on their power of persuasion more and more. Especially during times of tough economic climate, helping people to see your point of view and get on board with your ideas is a must.
To ensure this is done effectively, people need to use Influencing Skills more and more. Influencing is a process whereby you help the person to see the benefits of your ideas, allow them to have input into your ideas in an aim to get them engaged and on board.
