Site Supervision of Civil Engineering Contracts - NEC
Your site engineers are all numerate and technically competent, but how much do they know about the contract under which their project is to be delivered? Are they employed by the Client or the Contractor? Do they know what their supervisory roles are and what is expected of them on site?
