The Driver assessment consists of:
Group Bourdon Test - designed to determine an individual's ability to concentrate for long periods, such as when driving a train.
DTG Test - designed to assess an individual's ability to switch attention very quickly which may be required when driving a train.
TRP Test - designed to assess the individual’s ability to absorb and recollect information, both short and long term.
Mechanical Comprehension Test (MT4) - used to assess the candidate's ability to understand mechanical principles.
Criteria Based Interview - designed to assess the individual's ability to follow rules and procedures, deal with an emergency situation and their conscientiousness. It also tests the ability to communicate in both written and spoken terms.
