Reiki encourages your body’s natural ability to heal itself, and is channelled through the practitioner’s hands. The Reiki energy will then go as deeply into your body as it needs, gently helping it to restore itself. Reiki is particularly good for treating stress and anxiety but there is no health problem - physical, mental or emotional - for which Reiki cannot offer relief and frequent release. Reiki is a method of healing which enables you not only to heal others but particularly encourages you to use what you learn to heal yourself. This course is in three separate and distinct Sections being levels 1, 2, and 3 (Masters). On completion of each level there is a practical assessment/attunement which is supervised by a Reiki master. The student is required to pass each level before proceeding to the next level.

There is a separate fee for each level and for each attunement. In addition to the theory course there is:
The 1st Degree Class involves learning the hand positions and experiencing four personal attunements to awaken your channels of healing and seal the Reiki energy within you. This requires two days.
