Course Objective: the courses are based around a collection of diverse problem solving games and outdoor activities. They have been designed to be used together or in isolation to highlight and reinforce the skills involved in working as effective team members. Clients will be invited to discuss their requirements and help tailor courses to suit the needs of the company’s core business. Structured development of negotiating skills, communication skills, organisation, selling and presentation can all be incorporated into the programme. A set of presentations will punctuate the problem solving, referring back to the tasks already undertaken. The aim will be to introduce further team skills and encourage the group to identify the ways in which they can be utilised in their own workplace.
