Course Objective: experiential learning events designed to exploit the skills of each individual, ensure effective communication between all team members and build recognition of the responsibilities of the individual to the group. By the end of the event participants will have:
Ø Developed an understanding of personality differences via the use a ‘Self Awareness’ type instrument
Ø Gained an appreciation of the strengths they can bring to a team
Ø Created meaningful links/associations between the event content/activities and real work situations/issues
Ø Experienced the necessity to provide support and to develop trust with colleagues
Ø Been provided with opportunities to “experiment” with their behaviour in a supportive learning environment
Ø Been provided with the opportunity to challenge any “blockages” that limit their performance both as individuals and within the team
Ø Benefited from the feedback of their colleagues/facilitators
Suitable for: groups of six and upwards who wish to address teamworking in a fun, problem-solving context.
