Coaching & Mentoring
Phoenix are able to provide personal coaching as an external resource, with complete confidentiality. This can be used either to support a training course, or for those who do not require training, but would like to develop their advanced skills on a focused one-to-one basis. Whilst the strength of training lies in the development of a wide range of skills in a relatively short space of time, coaching focuses solely, and in detail, on the issues and opportunities relevant to the individual and their environment.
