Audience: Designed for business users new to a UAT role or those who wish to adopt a more structured approach to UAT.
Description: This course covers the principles and different phases of UAT, i.e. business unit, integration and environment testing. A structured method of defining test criteria, test cases and test scripts for each of these phases is provided, supported by numerous practical sessions to enable delegates to practice the methods and techniques covered. Incident reporting and regression testing is also covered.
Objectives: On completion of this course, delegates will be able to apply structured methods to define UAT criteria, test cases and test scripts for all stages of a UAT project.
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of the systems software lifecycle. A technical background is not assumed
