Further Details
This workshop examines how change agents motivate and inspire people to achieve profound improvements at work. It is most appropriate for managers/team leaders, but may be relevant to anyone who is required to influence others in making difficult changes.
This is a highly interactive, activity based workshop that provides the vehicle for participants to develop and/or enhance their Change management skills.
Learning Objectives:
This half-day workshop enables participants to:
Examine their role as a change agent.
Assess the organisations change readiness.
Determine how effective leaders motivate and inspire change in others.
Identify the 5 specific questions leaders need to answer to sell profound changes.
Apply persuasive techniques to communicate profound change initiatives.
This workshop can be combined with the Essential Manager Change I workshop – Living with Change to create a comprehensive foundation and advanced 1 day programme.
One delivery strategy you may wish to consider is to combine managers/team leaders and non-managers in the morning session (Living with Change), with only managers/team leaders attending the afternoon (Leading Change) workshop. However, we recommend separating the two audiences (for the morning session) if sensitive change issues need to be discussed and more open dialogue is desired.
Comprehensive workshop overview available upon request.
