Change is inevitable; the only question is: in which direction? This workshop examines the nature of progressive change, our natural reactions to change, and how we cope with profound changes within the workplace environment.
The Living with Change workshop is equally appropriate to both non-management and management personnel.
Learning Objectives:
This half-day workshop enables participants to:
Identify the types of changes we all face and why they are so important to our survival.
Explore the natural stages people go through when faced with profound change.
Assess their own change readiness.
Explain their role as a sponsor, agent and target of change.
Identify a simple model to determine how we learn, unlearn, and relearn to continuously improve.
Determine strategies that will help to successfully deal with profound life changes.
This workshop can be combined with the Breakthrough Manager Change II workshop – Leading Change, to create a comprehensive foundation and advanced 1 day programme.
