This workshop explores the techniques effective leaders use to persuade others, both up and down in the organisation. Participants invent an innovative change proposal and practice “selling” it.
This is a highly inter-active, activity based workshop that provides the vehicle for participants to develop and/or enhance their individual Communications/Persuasion skills.
Workshop Objectives:
This half-day workshop enables participants to:
Examine the differences between motivation and inspiration.
Identify 3 methods leaders use to influence others.
Identify an ongoing persuasion process that emphasises inspiration.
Apply techniques for “selling” an innovative change strategy.
This workshop can be combined with the Essential Manager Communication I workshop – The Interpersonal Difference, to create a comprehensive foundation and advanced 1 day programme.
