Managers build employee satisfaction and performance momentum by coaching individuals one-to-one.
Coaches help individuals move through the learning stages until targeted skills become second nature. They also help individuals embrace a mindset of ownership and personal improvement so employees continuously learn, unlearn, and relearn in a changing organisation.
This is a highly inter-active, activity based workshop that provides the vehicle for participants to develop and/or enhance their individual Coaching skills.

Identify why developmental leadership is essential to an organisations success.
Determine an individual’s learning stage in a given task.
Identify 4 key strategies coaches use to influence the hearts and minds of learners.
Match the most appropriate coaching strategy to an individual’s learning stage.
Demonstrate the challenges of coaching individuals in an unfamiliar task.
This workshop can be combined with the Coaching II workshop – The Heart of Coaching, to create a comprehensive foundation and advanced 1 day programme.
