This is a highly inter-active, activity based workshop that provides the vehicle for participants to develop and/or enhance their individual Communications skills.

Workshop Objectives:

This half-day workshop enables participants to:

 Identify their communication role and challenges as a manager.

 Evaluate their work environment to determine ways they can improve communication.

 Differentiate interpersonal and impersonal communication.

 Use verbal and non-verbal techniques to ensure clarity and build positive relationships.

 Use active listening techniques to understand the needs of their staff.
