Participants will examine the nature of organisational change, the differences between managing and leading, and their role in creating a difference within the workplace.

This workshop is the ideal beginning of a training curriculum for your prospective, new and experienced managers. It is designed to prepare managers for our other Essential and Breakthrough Manager workshops, which address specific core management issues.

This is a highly inter-active, activity based workshop that provides the vehicle for participants to examine and develop their role as leaders.

Learning Objectives:

This half-day workshop enables participants to:

 Examine the characteristics and causes of successful leadership.
