It is most appropriate for managers, but may also be relevant to any employee who want to influence co-workers to make difficult changes.
Coaching II – The Heart of Coaching
The best leaders prepare others to lead. This half-day workshop helps developmental leaders attain breakthrough innovation in their team. It emphasises leading from the heart, embracing risk and creativity, and creating innovative development opportunities.
Communication II – The Persuasion Connection
This half-day workshop explores the techniques effective leaders use to persuade others, both up and down the organisation. Participants invent an innovative change proposal and practice “selling” it.
Performance II – Beyond Good Enough
The first Performance workshop emphasises how to optimise performance to ensure employees meet job expectations. The half-day Performance II workshop moves to the next level: how to transform performance beyond expectations. The goal is to establish a mindset and environment of sustained breakthrough high performance.
