This qualification is aimed at providing a basic knowledge of food hygiene to those who are, or intend to be, food handlers.
If you or any of your employees handles food, whether open or packaged (including drinks and ice), this qualification will cover the legal requirements related to food handling under the Food Safety Act 1990, it is recommended that the qualification, if already awarded, be updated after 3 years, or completely retaken if 5 years have elapsed since award

Guided learning hours - 6 delivered in one day on site, or for open courses, on the last Friday of each month.
To split the course into 2 four hour sessions there is an additional cost of £10 per candidate
Cost is inclusive of learning materials, registration & examination fee.
