This programme is specifically designed for experienced organisational coaches who need to enhance their capabilities to coach teams and team leaders.
Objectives:
- Use the Linkage TEAM CHARTERING™ tool to coach a new team (and a team leader) that is forming or re-forming
- Skilfully coach a team and advise a team leader when a team is apparently broken and needs fixing
- Create a diagnosis using HiPLAY™ for a team and a team leader particularly when a new leader is sorting through who is on the team and needs to understand personality and communication styles (C-SAIL™ tool)
- Reframe and redirect a team’s energy in a difficult decision making situation that requires reformatting and refocusing
- Apply their learning in a one-day live client simulation using actors.
