- Align team performance to business expectations through the use of a Team Matrix Model
- Analyse the current membership of the team
- Diagnose the source of team issues using the Linkage HiPLAY™ process
- Use the Linkage TEAM CHARTERING™ tool to define the purpose and ways of working of the team
- Examine roles and responsibilities of team members
- Review the way in which the team communicates with itself and it’s key stakeholders using the Linkage CSAIL™ assessment methodology.
