1) An overview of Occupational Health Practice
2) Detailed discussion of COSHH Regulations and associated Approved Codes of Practice
3) An outline of exposure standards including EH40 with reference to and interpretation of Material Safety Data Sheets.
4) Control strategies and the hierarchy of prevention and protection for hazardous substances
5) An overview of workplace monitoring techniques including personal and static monitoring
6) Development of skills in carrying out a COSHH Assessment
