To successfully complete your exam, you should have a minimum of one year of experience managing day-to-day issues with desktop deployments.
You should also have experience in:

Automating and customising deployments by using scripts and answer files
Deploying applications during and after operating system deployments
Deploying upgrade packages
Using Business Desktop Deployment (BDD) tools
Using Windows Preinstallation Environment (PE)
Upgrading existing systems.
