Scenario-based questions test that you can apply the knowledge you have learnt from the course to imaginary scenarios and will normally require you to write a few paragraphs. For example, Question 1 of Test Paper 1 imagines a scenario where your boss has asked you to write a letter to his young niece, who is interested in becoming a receptionist. You must explain to her the responsibilities of a receptionist and also the qualities that make a good receptionist.
