This is a one day course. This course is preceded by both Service Support (ITILSMCSS) and Service Delivery (ITILSMCSD) courses. Target Group for this course is IT Service Support Managers, IT Service Delivery Managers, IT Consultants, IT Project Managers and IT Programme Managers who are preparing to undertake the Service Manager examination. A pre requisite is that delegates hold the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and have undertaken the Service Support and Service Delivery courses
