In preparation for the EXIN/ISEB accredited IT Service Manager's Certificate. Candidates are required to undertake Week 1 - Service Support prior to progressing to Week 2 Service Delivery the strategic and tactical processes of ITIL. You will relate ITIL knowledge to the organisation and acquire insight into the consequences of providing content and substance to the process. You further learn how to manage and implement these processes, always within the framework of the requirements and policy of the organisation

This is a five day course. This course is preceded by Service Support (ITILSMCSS) Target group is IT Service Support Managers, IT Service Delivery Managers, IT Consultants, IT Project Managers and IT Programme Managers. Delegates will receive the EXIN syllabus indicating pre requisite knowledge, skill and practical experience required to undertaken the Service Manager’s course. Pre requisites are Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and 5 years’ experience working in an IT environment.
